The SICO^® Fold N' Set stage provides the feel of a permanent stage for performers and solid savings in time and labor for set-up crews. The flex pin connectors provide a quick yet solid attachment between the decks and the frames without any loose parts or hole plugs, and stage installation is quick and easy thanks to self-aligning frames and decks.

With the Versatility of a Portable Stage

Despite the permanent stage feel, the SICO^® Fold N' Set stage adds all the benefits of a portable system. Stage heights can be easily and quickly adjusted, and the frames are assembled without any additional tools. When not in use, the frames and braces are stored on mobile storage caddies that are easily rolled from storage to the set-up location.

Fold N' Set Choices

All Fold N' Set stages come with 4' x 8' (122cm x 244cm) structural stage decks and choice of stage frame heights below:

Adjustable Height Stage Units

1. 48" to 76" (122cm to 193cm) adjustable height stage unit.
2. 32" to 48" (81cm to 122cm) adjustable height stage unit.
3. 24" to 32" (61cm to 81cm) adjustable height stage unit.
4. 16" to 24" (41cm to 61cm) adjustable height stage unit.

Non-adjustable Single Height Stage Frame Units

1. 24" (61cm) single height stage unit.
2. 16" (41cm) single height stage unit.
3. 8" (21cm) leg kit. Set of 4.

NOTE: You will need to purchase the appropriate number and type of pin connectors for multiple stage unit configurations. Speak with a SICO^® Representative to determine the appropriate specifications for your stage setup.

Deck Choices

The SICO^® Fold N' Set stage comes with reversible decks - tremendous way to maximize the usage opportunities for your stage. Choose from three deck configurations:

1. Long-wearing carpet surface and a scratch resistant Tuff-Deck smooth surface
2. Long-wearing carpet surface on both sides
3. Scratch resistant Tuff-Deck on both sides

We also offer an aluminum deck that can be used with the Fold N' Set Staging System.

• Sturdy Reversible Decks - Our reversible decks offer the flexibility to choose the best surface for each event. We offer both a long wearing carpet surface, or a scratch-resistant, Tuff-Deck smooth surface. Deck provides a very solid feel for your performers. Recommended for interior use, or purchase an aluminum deck, for set-ups inside or outside.
• Velcro - Continuous velcro on deck edges allows for quick and easy installation of stage skirting without any clips or pins.
• Adjustable Glides - Adjustable glides level the stage on uneven floors and provide small height adjustments.
• Fast Set-Up Time - An experienced crew of 4 can set a 40' x 64' (12.2m x 19.5m) stage in less than 60 minutes, (120 minutes with accessories package) saving labor costs for many years. The Fold N' Set stage can be cleared in even less time.
• Guardrails - Required for all stages and risers.
• Leg Height Adjustment - Adjustable Fold 'N Set units offer height adjustments from 16" to 24" (41cm to 61cm), 24" to 32" (61cm to 81cm), 32" to 48" (81cm to 122cm), and 48" to 76" (122cm to 193cm).
• Sway Braces - Provides additional stability to the stage system and stores neatly on the frames.
• Flex Pin Connectors - The connectors provide a quick yet solid attachment between the decks and the frames without any loose parts or hole plugs, and stage installation is quick and easy thanks to self-aligning frames and decks.
• 4-Way Bridging - Bridge decks are quickly installed between frames, creating large open spaces beneath that are ideal for stringing cables or stage-side storage.
• Lightweight Aluminum Frame - Light-weight, folding aluminum frames, automatically open to the correct position to accept standard decks (4' x 8'), making set-up fast and easy.
• SICO^® Warranty - Protected by a 3-Year warranty on components with a Lifetime Warranty on Welds.

• Universal Flexible Pin Connectors (A SICO^® Exclusive) - Secures decks to frame and eliminates the annoying drumming of decks. Capable of 2, 3 or 4-way bridging. They always remain in place and they allow any stage unit to work in any location. Adjust quickly for any configuration, which eliminates the need to remove decks to change pins. No lose parts or hole plugs.
• Storage Caddy - Components are stored on mobile caddies or forkable pallets for easy transportation to and from storage areas. The "Fold N' Set" system can be easily loaded onto delivery vehicles, for off-site events. Deck Caddy (Capacity 15 Decks). Fold-N-Set Frame Support Caddy (For 8 Supports). 2-Tier Fold-N-Set Support Caddy (For 16 Supports) also available.
• Aluminum Deck - An optional deck built to take on the elements of outdoor weather.

Insertable Stage Legs

Insertable Legs are available for stage heights from 6" (15cm) up to 24" (61cm). Performance Stage decks can be used to build smaller, meeting room stages, by simply using SICO 's^®, "Insertable Legs." This dual usage helps save money and storage space.

Mobile Storage Caddies for Fold N' Set Frames and Decks

Minimum storage space needed. The frames and braces store on mobile storage caddies that are easily rolled from storage to the set-up location.
